Do you come on-site in Logan?

Yes. On-site support is available within 5 miles of our Logan Office with no travel fee. Our travel fees can be seen here

Do you fix printers and Wi-Fi?

Every week. We handle printer installs, driver issues, network printing, Wi-Fi dead zones, mesh setups, and smart device isolation/security.

What if it goes past one hour?

After the first hour, it’s simply $25 per 15-minute block. We keep you informed before any extra time is added.

Do you offer remote help?

Yes. Many issues can be solved remotely. We’ll guide you through a quick, secure connection and get to work.
